We primarily hydroform annular corrugated cores using AISI 316L for supreme chemical resistance and AISI 321 for high-temperature exhaust service, braided with AISI 304/316 tensile wire.

What is the advantage of double wire braiding? ▾

Double wire braiding increases the maximum permissible working pressure by 40% to 60% compared to single braid, ideal for high-pressure steam and hydraulic manifold applications.

Do you supply custom cut lengths and welded end fittings? ▾

Yes, all flexible metal hoses are custom cut to required millimeter lengths with precision TIG-welded DIN flanges, BSP/NPT swivel unions, or custom machined connectors.
